Out 'N' About - Holidays and Breaks for Disabled People

People with disabilities and their families can find it difficult to have a break. From a leisurely day out to a weeklong holiday, this can seem out of reach.

Out 'N' About is an electronic directory that improves access to information about what’s out there to help people with disabilities and carers take a break. We have asked people with disabilities and carers for their experiences to help others to find, then experience a well-earned break.

We hope that there is information on everything that you need, there are many organisations contained in the directory that you may find it useful to contact. There is some advice and useful tips on how best to plan a break and to ensure you have an enjoyable time.
